Sue Woods, 66, of Stoy, IL passed away at 6:08 a.m. ET on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at Good Samaritan Hospital, Vincennes, IN.

Sue was born on March 14, 1949 in Palestine, IL., the daughter of Nolan M. Eubank and Winifred Rosemary (Fear) Eubank.  On August 9, 1986 she married Alan Woods and he survives

Sue was employed for many years with the Robinson and Oblong IGA’s, retiring in 2015.  For several years, Sue was a hairdresser owning her own shop at home.  She previously worked in the office of Heartland Foods, Indianapolis, IN.  Sue was a member of the Oblong High School class of 1967 and she attended South Side Christian Church of Robinson, IL.  Sue enjoyed gardening and for many years she would enter her flowers and vegetables to be judged at the Crawford County Fair.  She loved her family, husband and children but especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Sue is survived by her husband, Alan Woods, Stoy, IL; two sons: Chris Yockey and his fiance’ Trisha Rodgers, Stoy, IL and Brian Yockey, Evansville, IN; two daughters and son-in-law Lindsey and Todd Cooper, Robinson, IL and Shawnee Woods and companion Jeremy Geltz, Ste. Marie, IL; nine grandchildren: Kylei and Marty Merideth, Stoy, IL; Gage Postlewait, Bloomington, IN; Trenton Yockey, Olney, IL; Madison Yockey, of Indiana; Chloe Yockey, Stoy, IL; Zack Patrick, Vincennes, IN; Andrea Haley, Oblong, IL; Lanee and Wyatt Cooper, both of Robinson, IL; three great-grandchildren: Braxton, Alexia and Rowen Merideth, all of Stoy, IL; a brother and sister-in-law Mike and Charlotte Eubank, Springfield, TN; two nieces and a nephew: Tiffany and Robert Boldrey, Willow Hill, IL and Melissa and Clint Ingram, Chattanooga, TN and Scott and Heather Eubank, Springfield, TN; along with several great nieces and great nephews.

Preceding Sue in death were her parents and her daughter, Stacey, Yockey.
